Frank Mazzaferro Partner

Frank Mazzaferro is a partner at Fitapelli & Schaffer, LLP who represents clients in single-plaintiff, collective, and class action lawsuits for failure to pay proper wages, overtime, and commissions, as well as national consumer class actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mazzaferro concentrated in knowledge management and electronically stored information (ESI) as it relates to the practice of law, gaining experience through project-based learning programs with Legal OnRamp and the New York State Office of Technology.

He received his undergraduate degree in communications, with a minor in international studies, from SUNY Fredonia, and earned his Juris Doctor at New York Law School, where he was an executive member of the Moot Court Association and received its Service with Distinction Award. He also served as a staff editor for the Media Law and Policy Journal, focusing on the effects of emerging technology on employee rights. Mr. Mazzaferro is licensed to practice law in New York State and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and he’s a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and NELA.
