Real Estate Acquisition and Development
In addition to acquisition and sales representation, we offer services to local developers and individuals in the creation and implementation of development plans. We assist clients in drafting development plans, obtaining local and municipal approvals and tax abatements, financing, securing property appraisals and preparing purchase and sale agreements.
As an example, Fitapelli & Schaffer is presently involved in a development project encompassing a one acre parcel located in Far Rockaway, New York. This project will provide over one hundred units of moderate to low income housing. We are particularly proud of this project, since it will be entirely green and will utilize the latest technology, construction techniques and materials to minimize environmental impact.
