(\u201cRaymours\u201d) alleges that the furniture chain failed to pay its Sales Associates, Home Furnishing Consultants and other commissioned employees (collectively, \u201cSale Associates\u201d) overtime wages, commissions, spread-of-hours pay and other damages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (\u201cFLSA\u201d) and the New York Labor Law (\u201cNYLL\u201d). Other affected employees are current and former Sales Associates or similar employees who work or have worked for Raymours in New York within the past six years.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking to represent Sales Associates or similar employees that are presently or were formerly employed at Raymours within the last six years.
