Additionally, the suit seeks to recover damages related to unlawful wage deductions, misappropriated gratuities, failure to provide wage notices or wage statements, and gender-based discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking to represent bartenders that are presently or were formerly employed at the Bars within the last six years.
