Manual Workers for Endeavor Air&nbsp;have alleged the&nbsp;airline paid them on a bi-weekly basis instead of a weekly basis as required for manual workers under the NYLL. Affected workers may include&nbsp;all current and former&nbsp;Manual Workers&nbsp;who&nbsp;worked for Endeavor Air&nbsp;since June 12, 2024 who were paid on a bi-weekly basis, including positions such as flight attendants, ramp agents, cargo workers, inspectors, maintenance technicians, and baggage handlers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuit, which was filed in New York federal court,&nbsp;specifically alleged&nbsp;that due Endeavor Air failed to pay Manual Workers on a bi-weekly basis, as required by the NYLL. Due to Endeavor Air\u2019s failure, Manual Workers allege they are owed liquidated damages equal to their late wages.
