The grievance, which was initially filed in\u00a0March 2018,\u00a0claimed these emergency workers were improperly denied\u00a0the proper overtime when working over 40 hours per week\u00a0as required by the FLSA.\u00a0Eligibility\u00a0as well as\u00a0payment amounts\u00a0for each individual\u00a0is still being determined.
