Harassment
Fitapelli & Schaffer represents women and men that have been sexually harassed or subjected to a hostile work environment. This can include a variety of inappropriate behavior such as: touching, comments, phone calls and e-mails. Complaints should be made to management in writing, and if they do not remedy the situation they may be held responsible. If you are fired for complaining, you may have a claim for retaliation.
